Simple. In Outlook, go to:
- The Calendar Screen
- Click 'View'
- Click 'Current View'
- Click 'View by Category'
- Search for categories labelled with the event type you wish to change

To update:
- Open (double-click) the appointment and change or add new details
- Click ‘Save and Close’
To delete:
- Highlight unwanted appointments and click 'delete'
- Return to your favourite Calendar View
